5. Student Profiles and Listings

Students who create profiles on SkillBridge are responsible for the accuracy of their skills, experience, and portfolio. SkillBridge does not guarantee the quality of work delivered by any student listed on the platform.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and companies using SkillBridge to hire students agree to:

  • Post legitimate and accurate project descriptions
  • Treat student freelancers with respect and professionalism
  • Honour agreed payment terms for completed work

7. Premium Guides

SkillBridge offers premium career guides for purchase. All sales are final unless the content is not accessible due to a technical issue on our side. We reserve the right to update guide content at any time to keep it relevant and accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code on the SkillBridge platform are the property of SkillBridge. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or disputes between users.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
